50 Miler: Day 6

Friday was the end of the trip. The troop had a change in plans, continuing on to Mora Campground instead of returning across the slippery, slimy rocks they had slipped and stumbled across on Day 4. This change in plans meant cars had to be shuttled from the Ozette Range Station to Camp Mora. One of the leaders was able to catch a ride to Ozette with some other campers. This same family cooked up all of their remaining bacon and sausage and shared these and toast with the boys. To shuttle the other vehicle to Camp Mora, Mike and another parent drove out to Ozette and then Mike drove the second leader's car to Camp Mora.

The boys spent their morning (or at least part of it) playing cards while they waited.
